Our most luxurious mattress topper, filled with siliconised ball fibre in a 100% cotton cambric cover for optimum comfort. The Duke mattress topper has a special box construction to prevent the filling from moving around. Attaches to the mattress via elastic straps at each corner. Box construction may require some manipulation.
