Cool Linen’s Headquarters and factory are located in the UK, therefore all VAT and shipping rates are based on the UK address.

Deliveries may have extra VAT and import duties added to them once the package reaches your destination country. You will be responsible for payment of these additional charges.

Please note that on certain occasions, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days.
UK DOMESTIC DELIVERY (DPD)
- Free delivery for orders over £60 inc. VAT to our yellow zone. Normally, order before 4pm Mon-Thurs for next working day delivery in the yellow zone*. However, orders are currently taking 3-5 days to despatch as we are extremely busy. Please bear with us
- Reduced charges for orders over £60 inc. VAT to red and blue zones.
- All delivery charges below will have the current UK VAT amount added to them
When will I get my order?
Delivery is usually made the next day if you order before 12 noon. Orders placed on a Friday will usually be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends will usually arrive on the following Tuesday. Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders.
*Please note that 98% of our deliveries are made next day, however next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date, unused and with all the original packaging and labelling.
